We would like to say a big THANK YOU to Tiffany and her staff at Re/Max Connections for all of their effort and support during our recent sale. My husband and I found ourselves in trouble with our mortgage company and it was a very scary and stressful time for us. We had no idea what to do and we started receiving all kinds of letters and offers of assistance from realtors and investors and lenders of all kinds. One letter however stood out from all the rest it was one from Tiffany Wright and it touched my heart because she said we did not have to go through this alone that she was there to help. I called her the next day and within two and a half months we closed on the house and received a check for $1000.00 at the closing.
Tiffany had all the paperwork necessary to start the process for a short sale of our home so we were already ahead of the game on day one. Tiffany is a very self motivated person and that is just what you need. Tiffany never stopped working on our closing. We had so many showings I was amazed and we ended up with cash buyers a little over a month into the house being listed. Tiffany is well known for her efforts working specifically with short sales. I want you to know that I am very pleased with the quality of service you and your team provided. My property in Ohio was listed for sale through an agent in August 2007; it stayed listed with the agent for six months with very few showings. Since I was dealing with my mother’s terminal illness at the time, I was out of state frequently during those six months. After six months I decided to find an agent knowledgeable in selling property through a short sell contract. I was in need of someone that could be self sufficient in my absence, and possessed enough experience to guide me through the process. When i came to list my home with The Wright Team, there was already a scheduled sheriff sale date within 6 weeks. After months of trying to deal with Citi mortgage to keep my home, they denied my request for a re-payment plan and put my home up for auction. I had no idea where myself and my girls were going to move to. Within the first week we received 5 offers on our home and Tiffany was able to get the sheriff sale postponed. Within 30 days Citi had agreed to the short sale and we were able to close. I also received an FHA incentive at closing. Thank You and keep up the good work.
