   With 9 years of experience in Real Estate, Steven and Tiffany have become Multi-Million Dollar Producers. Tiffany earned her Real Estate License in 2000, and began practicing Real Estate at Home Rite Realty where she specialized in Sheriff Auctions. As a former employee of Discover Card Financial for seven years, Tiffany was able to gain experience in the financial industry, specializing in fraud prevention, and became a top producer in the collections department before her departure to pursue a career in Real Estate.

Soon after obtaining her license, Tiffany and Steve, began investing in real estate. Steve performed the renovations on the properties, and Tiffany prepared them for entrance to the market. During their seven years of investing, they have bought and sold bank owned homes in nearly every area of the Columbus market. They are extremely proficient in analyzing price, condition, rehab cost and resale value.

Steve and Tiffany have garnered a great deal of experience and have earned many awards and honors, including the HER Real Living Bronze Award (2002-2003) and the HER Silver Award (2004-2005). They are also Multi-Million Dollar Producers and Tiffany was the top listing agent for the HER Real Living Gahanna office until transferring to Re/Max Connection Realtors in 2007 to develop and head up their Pre-Foreclosure Division.
